EMPLOY ME – DUTY OF CARE

Under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011, Employ Me has a “Duty of Care” to ensure, so far as is reasonably practical, the health and safety of all employees and contractors.
To ensure your health and safety, Employ Me will:
– Provide a person as the nominated Responsible Officer for every project
– Coordinate a site specific (local) induction assisted by the Responsible Officer prior to commencing work, which will address site specific hazards
– Monitor the activities of all employees
– Require employees, assisted by the Responsible Officer, to provide suitable risk assessments / safe work procedures for performing all works
