5. Interpret and apply safety information and documentation:
- JSA register
A register of all JSAs on the site should be maintained and available upon request by all employees. - Accident and Injury forms
These forms should be readily available at the site and must be completed in the event of an accident, incident or injury at site. - Hazard report documents and forms
Hazard report forms should be readily available to all persons on site. Employees should be encouraged to complete a hazard report form and pass to their supervisors as soon as practicable.
